Because of the nature of the files for digital download we can’t accept returns, but we can make a refund if the information provided didn’t meet your expectations.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Cancelling an order:
If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible where we will be happy to help. If the item has already been shipped we are unable to cancel the order and you will need to follow our returns procedure.
